The Consultative Meeting to Review the National Action Plan for Health Security (NAPHS) 2024–2028 was held on 12 December 2025 at the main auditorium of the Medical Research Institute, with the participation of key stakeholders. The meeting was coordinated by the Quarantine Unit of the Ministry of Health.
The five-year NAPHS (2024–2028), developed in 2024, aims to address gaps identified during the Second Joint External Evaluation, as well as other national priorities, across 19 technical areas, with the active involvement of multiple stakeholders.
During the meeting, progress of activities implemented within the current biennium was presented by the lead stakeholders of each technical area. These presentations were followed by in-depth discussions to review achievements, identify challenges, and determine priority actions moving forward.
